WhatHouse? newspapersWhatHouse? has already commenced a campaign within our four regional newspapers, which are delivered by Royal Mail to a combined monthly circulation of 500,000 ABC1 homes.

  • South Eastern Edition (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex) – 100,000
  • 
Southern Edition (Surrey, Hampshire, Isle of Wight) – 100,000
  • Eastern Edition (Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk) – 150,000
  • 
West Midlands Edition (Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire) – 150,000

We’re also introducing a new title to the Brighton & Hove area. WhatHouse? Local is a weekly property newspaper that will be delivered free to over 75,000 homes in the city with an even more targeted selection of property listings.

WhatHouse? will also use its database of circa 170,000 property buyers to market the show, and will commence an advertising campaign using a series of local newspapers, online media and radio. Negotiations are also ongoing for a national press sponsor.

We will also be undertaking an extensive PR campaign from the beginning of August, and anticipate the show will deliver a higher visitor-to-exhibitor ratio than both A Place in the Sun and The Property Investor Show.
